  • Is Service247 a home warranty company?
    Service247 is not a home warranty company. Service247 provides policyholders assistance and value-added services such as emergency mitigation, restoration and repair services in the event of a covered homeowner's property loss. All of our work is managed by licensed independent adjusters and is warranted for one year.
  • Do all insurance companies work with Service247?
    Not yet, but Service247 is entering in to agreements with an increasing number of carriers and managing general agents. If we do not have a direct relationship with a carrier we will still work with you to provide your policyholders with the assistance, emergency mitigation, restoration and repair services in the event of a loss.
  • Is Service247 an insurance company?
    Service247 is a Concierge Claims Service and Direct Repair Program. Service247 is not a replacement for standard homeowner's coverage, but provides an option to policyholders Beyond The PromiseTM of the policy in the event of a loss. We provide independent adjusting services, emergency mitigation, and project management by licensed independent adjusters and work to provide you with the most efficient and service-oriented approach to handling your client's covered losses.
